Two more accessible tram lines in Budapest
Along the newly refurbished tram lines 1 and 3 accessible stops and a uniform 26 cm high platform were installed. The lines were prepared for the arrival of the brand new, low floor accessible trams. Stops were made accessible using ramps, lifts and new crosswalks thus approaching the vehicles with wheelchairs or baby carriages will be more comfortable.
